TERMS OF SERVICE 1. User obligations - The user must adequately secure their account using a strong password. - The user must secure their email account and ensure it remains active. - The user must protect their account with the additional PIN Security and a strong PIN code to be qualified for support. - The user must report an incident to the Customer Support within 1 day for Chat Abuse, and within 30 days for other misconduct. 2. Misconduct Violations of the game rules may result in a temporary or permanent suspension of the user account by the Support Team. Scamming: Stealing items or virtual currency from other user accounts. Scamming an other user into giving their items or virtual currency to you by false pretenses. Obtaining an other user's login credentials without their permission. Bug Abuse: Knowingly abusing bugs in the game. Bugs must be reported to the Support Team. Attempting to exploit the game is a violation in itself. Third Party Tools: Using third party tools to alter the game or to gain an unfair advantage. Account and Item Selling: iRosePH owns all accounts, characters, items, virtual currency and other game content. The user does not have the right to sell iRosePH content for real-life currency. Chat Abuse: Harassing, disrespecting or or impersonating other users and the iRosePH Staff Team. Foul language in PK-zones will not be punished. Encouraging other users to quit iRosePH or to play an other game server. Chat Abuse violations will be punished with a Chat Ban. Game Arena: Purposefully joining an Arena Game with the intention of leeching, trolling or obstructing the game will be punished by a Game Arena Ban. 3. Donations Donations to iRosePH are non-reversible. Reversing your payment will result in a permanent suspension. Points will be credited to your account within 10 minutes when using an Automatic Payment Method. Points will be credited to your account within 24 hours when using a Remittance Payment Method. By playing the game you agree to these terms, and understand they may be changed at any time.
